BOMA 360 Performance Program
In less than three years, the BOMA 360 Performance Program® has become a distinguished designation to indicate a build­ing is operating at the highest standards of excellence. Nearly 550 buildings have received this designation since its launch in 2009. 

BOMA 360 offers property professionals a way to differentiate their assets in a competitive and demanding marketplace. By providing third-party validation of practices and procedures, BOMA 360 offers a tool that property professionals can use to demonstrate to owners, tenants and prospective tenants that their buildings perform at the highest levels in all major areas of building operations and management.
